6 Ways To Revamp Your Office Space & Get Inspired On A Budget

Hi everyone, long time no talk! Life has been crazy but I am happy to be back with a new blog post today. Recently I have been wanted to make a space for myself to work comfortably and be able to focus. I decided to pull out a desk from my garage and make myself a nice desk space for homework, blog work, and just planning life!

I really hope you enjoy this and I highly recommend trying to revamp your space if you have been feeling unmotivated. I already feel so much more excited to work!

  1. DESK & CHAIR– Step one is to get a desk and chair. I fortunately already had one in my garage, so I only needed a chair. My vibe for this was wood and black with pops of pink. Here is a link to my desk- https://www.target.com/p/loring-wood-writing-desk-with-drawers-project-62/-/A-52651666 (Currently sold out but you can sign up to get notified when it is back in stock!) and here is a link to my chair- https://www.target.com/p/becket-metal-x-back-dining-chair-black-project-62-8482/-/A-53437931 (I highly recommend this desk! It has a charging port so you plug the desk in and then you can plug your charges into a hidden compartment!)
  2. WOODEN FRAMES– Now you can start to decorate. I first off found some wooden frames that were super affordable. I went on Pinterest and found cute desk art and I just recreated it with a marker and paper, and threw it in the frame. I also had a picture of my boyfriend that I chose to put in the smaller frame as well. Here are the ones I got- https://www.target.com/p/thin-grain-frame-made-by-design-153/-/A-51106728?preselect=51016108#lnk=sametab
  3. CANDLES– Next, I took a candle that is a super pretty blush color and put that on my desk as well. It smells heavenly, but obviously any candle or diffuser will work. Here is mine- https://www.target.com/p/14oz-lidded-glass-jar-candle-wild-hibiscus-sangria-floral-collection-opalhouse-8482/-/A-54012132
  4. COASTERS– I am the worst about remembering to use a coaster, but I knew with this wooden desk I needed to be careful, so I intentionally put one on my desk as decor. There are so many cute ones but here is the one I used- https://www.target.com/p/4pk-ceramic-pink-cactus-print-coasters-thirstystone/-/A-76559883 (similar). I also wanted to share a link to my nightstand coaster because it is beautiful and I want to get another one soon!- https://www.etsy.com/listing/703994576/individual-macrame-coaster-made-to-order?ref=yr_purchases
  5. CORK BOARD– Above my desk I decided to go for a wooden cork board. These are so affordable and customizable. I also got some white, black, and gold pushpins. I plan to fill this board with pictures as well as notes to myself and inspirational quotes! Here is the cork board- https://www.target.com/p/ubrands-17-34-x-23-34-cork-bulletin-board-wood-frame/-/A-11289612 and here are the pushpins- https://www.target.com/p/ubrands-sphere-push-pins-60ct-black-white-copper/-/A-16693528
  6. CLOCK– This is super random but I found a really easy clock screensaver to put on my laptop. This is such a cute addition to my desk when I want to have the time up for myself. Here is the link to the screensaver (super easy to download and works so well!) – https://fliqlo.com/#/screensaver

Thank you all so much for reading! If you do any of these diy’s or get any of this decor than please let me know below or on my socials!

I hope you all have a great week! Stay tuned for a new post on thursday!

Xoxoxo
